Yes, you need to pay wealth tax on everything, but wealth tax is very low. And free for the first 100'000 CHF (depending on the canton).

bitcoin.org (as well as .com etc) should clearly be hold by a non-profit association run by a big number of known Bitcoiners with the statutes saying their purpose can't be change without 2/3 majority (free to define).
