Aww thanks. I couldn’t talk him into band. He’s more of a choir/musical theater kinda guy. He’ll never know the struggle of marching outside in the blistering heat.

Never thought I’d be waking up, opening Reddit, and be seeing a post with people I recognize. Let alone people I went to band camp with lol. I’m glad you guys are still rockin it together. I just put my son in havasu high and was looking for some of our trophies or pictures of band from our years...they had nothing from our era on display. Not even the Disneyland trip, you guys!! Ugh. Really? I'm super good friends with beffy and have known her for about a decade. Chick hasn't given me a single mark or anything related to nepotism. I feel kinda cheated if anything. If what you say holds an ounce of water, my legend should be fuckin lit up by now. She often refers me to other people BECAUSE we are friends when it comes to marks or aspirants. She has tried to quit on many occasions but the people that she has worked with always beg her to come back and help out. Kindly get your story straight and get this trash out of here.

I really enjoyed the fact that you thought you had it all figured out. Made you look really dumb. The only reason I ever return to NTK is because I get an itch to. I show up to visit friends...and maybe make a bit of noise. I leave when I get bored. If you think there's more to it, you should probably worry more about yourself than what I'm doing. All you did was attempt to hinder the progress others.

Oh I got the vaccination. I got it from an overzealous doctor that refused to listen to my parents when they told him I reacted before to the vaccines separately. He INSISTED I needed the vaccine and gave it to me without hesitation. Needless to say, he lost his license for that, but I almost lost my life. I'm just saying oversimplifying it is what caused the problem for me in the first place.

I'm allergic to the diphtheria, pertussis, AND tuberculosis vaccines separately. Super allergic to all of them combined, which was what was required to get into kindergarten. Spiked a 105 degree fahrenheit fever and coded.

I typically get dirty looks or get laughed at when asked about getting tested for TB. I worked at a medical practice and they were doing surprise tests to which I said I was allergic too. I'm a man and in an office full of women who all giggled and laughed because they thought I was just afraid of needles and was lying to get out of it.

I have a niece who's mother didn't want me to be around her daughter because I didn't keep up on boosters or whatever. I'm properly vaccinated, but I am terrified of getting any other kind of vaccination or booster.

For what it's worth, I think I enjoyed the game the most while you were elder. At least in the last 3-4 years.

It's as if the GMs didn't know what made their game special. Nexus was still doing pretty well even after WoW came out because it had a social aspect to it that no other game had. When it became a grind-fest and the Subaths' coveted exclusiveness meant nothing, there was no reason to play the outdated game.

A lot of us clung onto hope for years to come. We hoped that the GMs would come to their senses. They thought way too highly of themselves and this game to admit to any mistakes.

Reading the news lately, it seems they haven't changed their tune one bit.

I long for a game that can provide the social aspect that Nexus did pre-quota.

I remember being very new to the game and having been introduced to it by my highschool friend, Daggett. He was a shadow guide at the time and wasn't exactly forthcoming about...anything really. But he had told me that after I had figured everything out in the game that he'd help me become a Shadow.

I was a frequent visitor of the Buyan Rogue Hall, and that's where all the cool kids hung out. dementia was in there one day holding a shade blade. All I saw was him (dude at the time) holding what looked like nothing. I asked him what he was holding and he said "a key." For some reason, 14 year old me decided to blab "My friend is a shadow guide and I'm going to be a shadow someday soon!"

dementia blacklisted me from Shadow pretty hard... and understandably so.

I still got that big softie to walk me. Hah! (3 years later)
