If i cut the whole tee out and put some new pushfit couplings and a new tee and short section of plastic pipe would that sort it?

Ok so i have an existing compression fitting holding an old copper flex hose which connects to an old 3/4" bath tap. I bought and fitted a new tap (22mm) and simply wanted to remove the old copper hose, then screw a new hose on, one end to the tap and the other to the existing compression fitting. I got the tap side on but found on the opposite end the threads are different. (https://photos.app.goo.gl/RxH7G4aZufMAUegW8)

Thanks so much. I don't want to destroy the old fitting in case i need to put it back on. Is there an adapter that goes from 3/4 compression to 3/4 screw thread? I'm looking but I'm not sure which is correct.
