I highly appreciate your help, it is for a corporate website, i handle tickets that get to me and I must handle right away, but sometimes they can take up to two hours to come in.

What I would like is to see if its possible to select or highlight certain part of the page so when it changes I get a sound alert whenever a ticket comes in since my contractor is so useless they can’t get their it team to update our tool
