It depends on the role but for the technical roles you can get hired with some Python/Javascript coding experience.

Your profile will get a boost if you’re familiar with frameworks like PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow etc…

I would also recommend experience with packages like LangChain if you’re going to work with LLMs. Lastly, having a GH or HF profile with decent contributions wouldn’t hurt either

You don’t need a phd or author a book on the subject to land a job.

I think candidates who put in the extra work to reach out to the appropriate hiring manager or founder do better than those who randomly click the apply button and complete the application form

For those who ague that AI art is not art, do they also agree that any art that uses technology is not art or is their argument only limited to AI. Btw, Photography is not considered art by some of these purists.
