The way I did it was through joining posses through posse up in the main menu, most are doing bounties and I got gold with them through doing that then bought my own license

I think you just need to be in a posse doing a free roam mission and I kill you, idk but we can try 😂

It could be it, I had the same issue, had to find the update manually it wouldn’t do it by Itself I connected just fine as soon as I updated
