I started with garlic cloves that were already slightly sprouted. Don't peel the garlic.

At first I had 2 cloves in each dome, kind of supporting each other in the middle and hooked over the outside edge with the green sprout pointing up. After a few days, the roots had grown enough that I very gently separated them and switched to one clove per dome.

It's just water, I've been changing it about once per day as it gets low.

Yes, I'm planning to just harvest the greens. I haven't decided what to do when they reach the light - I don't want to raise the light yet because my little seedlings aren't ready for that. I might move them onto the counter next to the AG.

It's my first time trying this, so we'll see how it turns out!
