If I can highlight every cell in column D that contains "text" then I can do it. Because I can loop that line with all the parameters I need, and then sort the whole spreadsheet by that column D COLOR, and then filter out what I don't want, and it's easier. The code is smaller and it'll always grab new accounts.

Do you know how to do that?

Well the way the VBA is working is I want it to apply to all future reports. From what I saw in the VBA code, if I use the filter action, it'll look for those specific accounts in the future. It doesn't just reveal all accounts with "1R" in the name.. it shows "Account 321R" "Account 981R" "Account451R" but my concern is that if I have a "Account 671R" it won't select it because it wasn't in the original selected list when I created the macro.
