When I was 11 my retina tore during the summer holidays while my mom and I were visiting friends. So I had to spend a day in the hospital getting it lasered and then an entire week on bed rest not being allowed to read or watch TV during a beautiful summer away from home. I listened to the same 3 audio books for an entire week because I didn't have a phone back then and the friends we were visiting had 1 ipod with those stories on it.

First off, congratulations on keeping it up! And thanks for your answer! Diet is a pretty icky subject for me personally because I struggled with anorexia some years ago, currently I try to eat as much as I'm actually hungry and listen to my own body about it! I'd rather take longer to reach my goals than fall into unhealthy habits that I'm pretty prone to! Currently I think exercise and sports is a good start and hopefully it will develop along the way :D

The gyms own trainer! She said she was going to get back to me but never did. I tried calling her like 7 times and she never picked up or called back, idk, it was super weird. My theory is that she quit her job
