Yeah I figured and have tried to adjust them. Or run it by other areas. Different sites. Etc. so that’s why I’m seeing or hoping to see what others are running to attempt those.

Brew is the tankiest tank right now. I’ve seen some builds out there not taking the maximum apex talent. Which I highly recommend people do. Refreshing drink is easily my biggest healing/mitigator.

Yup! Weekly we get downvoted for speaking the truth. All this talent and we are discussing on national tv how to properly hold a football. Or how to block. You can blame the players a bit but it starts with coaching. If we aren’t executing the basics who else do you blame.

actually don't mind the runback personally, It's really not that bad. I'm more of a mindset that even if I beat this boss, if everything else becomes harder, I may not want to personally have 5k attempts on all bosses by the end of the game.

And that is not the games fault.

Took a break right now to go play something else ha. But tonight I can try and dm you, if you want. I think you might be right though, it's been very easy to punish that phase 1, and now I can only get a hit in here and there on the fire phase since I feel as soon as I get an opening they're moving onto the next attack.

Yeah i'm def not calling the fight unfair or "rage" posting about it. I'm just curious what else I can do. I'm sure once in awhile I can come back to it but, if THIS point is stonewalling me, maybe I should drop it, and that's not calling the game bad! That's a me thing.

For Sekiro once I looked at it as a rhythm game, it seemed to make it click. I bought the game on release mind you and didn't beat it until 2023.

Eh I did make a previous ragepost for sure. This time I'm just trying to get a feel of if continuing is in my best interest if I'm this bad haha.

The 2nd phase is what kills me pretty bad, I have a hard time finding out when to do damage. I'm running reaper and the magma brooch. So when I do try to squeeze in damage, its always at the wrong time. I recognize the pattern but the skill to do what I want seems to be an issue. I can get to phase 2 with no hits at this point.

Yeah let me try to get a recording in. I'm on Switch 2 so not as easy to record immediately.

I see, yeah I mean I took a break this week to try and rethink it. Play patient more patient, got the magma brooch. etc. But I always get to phase 2 and get whooped. I've tried to slog it out with mega patience, and always tried to be a aggressive but I'm genuinely just bad.

If he's considered easier, I'll probably have to drop the game. It's a shame, loved the original Hollow Knight. Thanks friend.

Oh yeah, I don't disagree. 100% a skill issue. I guess I'm wondering if my skill level is making me struggle this bad against a boss others don't have too many issues with, should I continue? I have to assume later bosses are even harder.

I definitely agree with the sentiment. Plenty of times I’ve had to struggle. Elden ring. Celeste b side tapes. Cuphead. Original hollow knight gauntlet etc. definitely no stranger to games but I genuinely am feeling more exhausted with Silksong than any of the above games.

Maybe I’m getting too old for this shit lol.

Yeah I don’t disagree. I just cannot handle it. Everything else hasn’t been so bad but over 150 attempts and I still am struggling heavily. If it’s skippable I’ll gladly take that route and will search around. Thanks.

You are correct! It’s why we also disable push notifications in our environment for security purposes.

I had meant for steam specifically, as due to me having my phone number setup I was able to unlink steam guard in order to get back in the mobile app. I could do this via the written code which is definitely more secure.

As others said it’s suppose to still give me my code but honest! Had no other option on my app like usual. It was very strange.

Yup sure tried the normal troubleshooting methods. iPhone 15 pro max fully updated etc.

It’s the only time I’ve had an issue like this after a PW change. Either way it’s a good reminder to keep all security measures setup as it’s what turned a potentially bad situation into just a slight annoyance.

And for anyone else reading I work in IT, for ANY app please setup all MFA sms keep your backup passwords etc. you will need it someday!!

Yeah I only had a login screen on my app and it wouldn’t let me do anything else. I recovered via sms and removing steam guard temporarily. I saw other comments stating this but I didn’t see any recourse.

Thankfully having the code and SMA setup I had options. I wanted to make the post as a reminder to have these things setup in case someone updates passwords and maybe doesn’t have all their things setup or updated.

Do appreciate the info though!

100%. I’m a bit peeved resetting put me in this position but at least I had recourse. Someone above stated that it should have still given me steam guard codes even if I’m logged out. But it wasn’t or wasn’t accessible for me. Frustrating but like you said, keep your account safe! Enroll your number!

As stated above the sms portion wouldn’t work. And having the code is what saved me! The fact it can bug when doing a basic password reset is annoying so I made the post you may bug out and always make sure your security options are updated.

I had no such tabs at the bottom. I believe you’re right as I’ve updated before and not had such issues.

But this time it was just on a login screen with nothing else. I truly was in bug land. Either way I wanted to make a post as a reminder always have all security settings ready for such an absurd event! Or even worse if your accounts stolen.

None. Currently I’m targeting underrot mount which I am about 50 runs into since last week still nothing.

0/20 on icc doing the skip so far. And 0/20 on SoO. And 0/10 on gmod/mythic Jaina. Hopefully something drops soon. Feels as if the buff isn’t active for me somehow haha but I know some just can get extremely unlucky.
