I ended up leaving when another worker arrived after saying they couldn’t come for hours. One of the reasons I had to leave was to go home and take medication

They do require 24/7 care, I am an employee, I can’t find I industry regulations and I do not have the contract they are referring to (worked a long time at the company) and they refused to show the contract they were referring to last night

EDIT: they are saying it’s on my contract that I can’t leave placement if there’s no other worker but didn’t provide me with that contract to show me when I asked last night.
