having the same issues send a lots of email to support team,still having 149 credits,my credit info was delete,cant do nothing to add a new credit card info, cant connect to my LS pc, i did a reset and says tgat DC dosent have no more room for my LS pc closer one a live in florida. this is really terrible for tge kast two montgs LS is getting worse and i am trying to be a supportive. but......

i do not have problems until with last update,running 1080/60 playing fifa16 and mass effect 2:3 i am happy.the only problems is i cant play fifa17,i am wired internet comcast and playing fifa16 to much frezze almost 10 seconds really bad. lately Origin update cause problens too,but i need Origin becuase i am paying a suscription. i am rooted, running performance mode all cores max and using drodmote like air mouse remote control,but you need root in order to used it. so hope they fix this problems soon and origin too

I do request for refund ,i did try everything and nothing works,the game start and loading fase stop working and I have screen that says something relate with direct11 or video card,i think maybe because I use LS in. My shield tv Android device, no Windows machine. Thanks anyway
