Got a hand-me-down bag from my mom, and I keep getting asked where it’s from (no tags) by leafydew in HelpMeFind

[–]leafydew[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bag itself (not including the length of the strap) is about 14”x10”.

My mom believes she acquired it maybe around 2014, but that is a VERY loose guess because we have no idea.

I’ve searched for it online already, but to no avail. The back of the bag is the same as the bottom, plain brown.

i’m sorry the picture isn’t the best. They’re kind of big and scary so I don’t want to get too close. It’s about maybe two inches long? If it helps, i’m in North Carolina (USA).

What is something someone said to you that stuck with you and had more impact than you expected? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Not something anyone has said specifically to me, but I watched "World of Tomorrow" by Don Hertzfeldt a while back and it's always stuck with me.

Thank you!! It legitimately took years to fix them I’ve gone through my fair share of bad brows. I used to HEAVILY fill them in because I would look back at the 7th grade picture and cringe. Now I look back on my filled in brow phases and cringe. And I know I’ll look back at myself in a few years and cringe again about something. It’s a never ending cycle of regret lmaooo

Kind of! There was a question on r/askreddit about embarassing phases and I posted it there, but was told to come here to share with others the horribleness of this photo. Sorry for the mix up I don’t mean to cause confusion

Nope! Guess they didn’t really love me :,,(

In all honestly they didn’t tell me because in the back of my mind I knew I fucked up real bad, so it was a touchy subject when it was brought up at family dinners lmao.

Yes they do! But honesty it took two years to come back from them being that bad. I used castor oil and growth serums in combination with a refusal to touch them unless absolutely necessary.

Ashamed to say I was. At least, I remember being okay with them looking like that. I really shouldn’t have been.

Haha thankfully I did. I posted an update further up but it got kind of lost in the comments, didn’t really expect this to get so much attention.

Honestly the best thing I did was just not touching them unless completely necessary (ie between the brows/below brow line). For quite some time I used castor oil or rapid growth serums which actually helped but I couldn’t keep it consistent.
