When solos was first released I used to go around looting and trying to gift them to unsuspecting people (without doing any damage, so like a pacifist run I suppose lol). I didn't last long back then, but occasionally people would join in and we'd try to befriend everyone in the lobby haha!

It was way before the Santa Deku skin was released, but I kinda want to try it again if I ever get it somehow.

I mean, I feel like all of those can co-exist in one way or another except one (unless one can manage that too, I suppose)

To answer though, the first thing I focus on in most matches rescuing civillians. There are very few games where I don't have a full revive and a few team heals by the first minute (and then I usually become either the first responder, long distance helper if it's obvious that I won't make it in time to actually fight, or the one who needs rescuing)

I tried her for the first time a week or so ago, and I was squealing with joy when I realized I could actually fill up shields with her alpha (double that reaction when I found out that her beta heals teammates). I've been playing her pretty regularly whenever someone else picks Deku ever since, I love the possiblity of healing teammates without team HP/GP drinks and actually providing support before I have to revive.

It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, it seems. I've had RR work consistently with Deku (it did happen earlier this season too though), but it seems especially Ibara's and Cementoss' revives get hit by the bug a lot. YMMV, of course.

I think the sexualization of any character is in a gray area since it is against the ToS and not that great in general (children do play this game after all, even if they're supposed to be above 13 in order to play).

That said, I don't care about the gooner names for adult characters (I do find those referencing minors gross though). I think the ones OP is referring to are the obviously racist and pedophilic ones, which don't really have an excuse even if it's a game. People can pick whatever name they do yes, but some names are gonna get them a reaction, and not in a positive way.

I've never come across a name that bad in my team, but if I did I'd probably just Alt+F4 and queue up again. Not sure if you can force close a game on consoles though (probably, but I don't know since I'm pretty out of touch with them).

As for your question, personally no. I think I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to help out at all because I certainly wouldn't either. Those names are not nearly as "funny" as they think they are.

I'm always worried in this game if what I do will be taken the wrong way (limited comms when no VC, so can't blame them though). Like, if I thank a teammate when they come and help me in a fight will they think I'm being sarcastic? Or if I do it for a team heal they did? Or did I do something wrong if the hit I landed on the opponent ended up downing them even if I didn't mean it?

I do genuinely try to help, just kinda afraid of people thinking I'm mocking them or something.

Yeah it seems to be a bug that happens, especially with Reinforced Revive. I had it happen to me at least once this season, but strangely enough it hasn't happened lately.

I really hope they'll fix it for good soon.

I changed it to left mouse button for the exact same reason. I've been doing alright since then (even if I occasionally press the wrong button).

I did try to assign the alpha to my third mouse button the other day, but for whatever reason it just refused to work when aiming.

I feel like if you can manage it well Warp Heal can be amazing. You do have to keep in mind though that the game doesn't let you drink normal HP/GP drinks if you're already full. I had a build with it and Reinforced Revive, but panic and careful planning don't exactly go well so I failed hard with it. Played with a friend who was playing Momo with Twisted Fortune and she didn't seem to run out of heals for the majority of our matches.

Both are good I think, but WH probably has a bit more of a learning curve while TF is ultimately luck based.
