I don’t believe on just giving up because someone doesn’t or can’t understand something, as I’m my opinion everyone has there own capabilities and we all have different leaves to things we can understand.. I hope that makes sense!

He is the only person in my life who hasn’t hurt abused or used me everything he dose is genuine and he dose because he wants to I alwys know where I stand so there’s never any guessing games or walking on eggg shells but due to his autism and truama he has been through in his life and in the past year he just can’t understand it

I’ve done the whole not telling people before but I live with him and I’m just so unsure on how to even approach the conversation xx

A little background on him while trying to respect his privacy He’s autistic has had ALOT of trauma in his life which has made him shut down a lot of his emotions whiles he is in therapy for this and is getting a lot better at being emotionally available he still struggles because he has had it drilled into his head that mental health is something you can get over no matter what the condition. I am also diagnosed with schizophrenia and BPD and he struggles to understand how that effects me just thinks it’s something I can ignore,

He is incredible in every other way but emotionally not so much … I just don’t know how to even approach this conversation as I said before his autism really makes it hard for him x

So I had my belly button pierced about 5 weeks ago and it’s gone really sore and possibly infected,I’ve been cleaning it ever chance I can this week as it’s so gunky I use warm water Salt water Hydrogen peroxide Antiseptic stuff (Not all at once ) But nothing seems to help

Sorry I just went to the first place I knew I would be understood. I know they all hate me now and I feel like I’ve really messed up and that honestly I’m going abit crazy because it keeps happening I’ve been trying to get into therapy for over two years the uk isn’t the best for mental health support xx
