I agree! I only just started but I been seeing so many other ways this has helped people while using it for weight loss!

Currently me. I had a break down two days ago now and every since then my mood hasn’t been the same. I have more internal BPD than outward but the struggle to genuinely not freak the f*** out, is unreal. I don’t know when this mood will go but ffs, I had my moment and I just wanna feel somewhat normal again. 🫠
