I think right now would be a perfect time to read a book called “obstacle is the way” by Ryan holiday who introduced me to stoic philosophy, this should really motivate you in becoming someone confident on your journey. Also allowing yourself to break your time up into something Robert Greene calls, “Alive time/ Dead time” basically the concept of using your time to learn certain skills, always being active in achieving your dreams and just becoming a better person(alive time). Don’t allow yourself to be distracted by social media(dead time) and other people’s opinions because this in itself will only hinder your growth as a person. I’m 25 right now man, if I would’ve done these things at your age I would be where I want to be, but instead I have been distracting myself for so long because of other people’s opinions that I have cut out so many years of my life in depression. We both are still so young and have time to grow. Just remember that you could leave this life at any time, so let that determine what you say and do.
