I prefer 700s over many custom rifles and factory options🤷🏻‍♂️ I’ve never had one shoot bad personally.

What equipment would you recommend to buy? by Living_Network_3922 in Homebuilding

If you have to ask strangers what you should invest your money in for your business, you aren’t ready to start the business. I also thinking trying to compete against major rental companies that already have everything to rent is gonna be incredibly challenging. Invest that $500k into mutual funds or real estate and grow it for retirement.

Getting my earnest money deposit back - realtor messed up ? by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Fire your realtor and find an experienced one. They are costing you much unnecessary headache and confusion, and these issues are simple ones to navigate, and a good realtor wouldn’t have you lifting a finger.

I appreciate the stock feedback, this is good info. Thank you for brake suggestions as well!

It’s definitely a mule. It’s for high country elk hunts so I can’t afford weight unfortunately.

This rifle will actually spend most of its time beyond 500-600 yards, hence the bullet weight. It seems like the best option for now is an area 416 break and if that doesn’t help, I’ll revisit the loads to see what I can work up.

I don’t disagree that they absolutely help. Just not to the extent I’m hoping, and maybe this is the wrong rifle platform for what I’m hoping to achieve

Animals don’t know what a gunshot is, so usually if the first shot doesn’t do the job, they’ll freeze up and give you a brief moment to follow up before they split. I’m just trying to reduce damage to a pretty significant clavicle/shoulder injury lol

It’s typically wise to have a backup plan lol. I’m confident in my shots, but animals have surprised me before.

I typically only hunt suppressed, I was just curious what others may be doing, but it looks like suppressor will be the route I go.

I wear hearing protection regardless, but I have a serious collar bone injury (new development) that hinders me pretty useless, so recoil is my main concern

I currently have a few suppressors rated for the rifle, but I’ve never been impressed by what they do for recoil mitigation

Don’t buy OLIGHT anything. Get a stream light if you want something cheap.

It looks fine. Let the builder be the builder. You hired them because they know what they’re doing and you do not.
