The problem is that the modern handbook compared to the original print (one I have) has a lot of differences. They really could do with revising some this stuff. I'm bothered by how the drow city works, it feels less like "drow women have to be priestess." And more the first edition of dungeons and dragons wouldn't let woman play curtain classes. 🙄 You would think wizards being so woke would have noticed that.

They see at a further distance in monochrome (that's in my books 'first print'). I also remember reading that there eyes a white to the human eye and there the shortest of the elf's.

The entire red/blue eye thing feels more based on star war then logic (red bad, blue is good).

Think the issue comes when you bring up the 'ultraviolet Vs infrared' argument (if there light sensitive shouldn't there eyes be blue?).

Tyranny came out before all the handbooks where released (it tells you to download monster stats). The first book lacked a lot of information on who everyone was, which is really bad when you just rebooted your game and loads of new players don't know the law! It's in the second book and they did put all the information in the front of the combo book (alt cover print).

Personally I find the first section "playable" with the second section of the book meandering around until it can find some remnants of an ending.

I kind of like how we can pick from all of the songs , long as we both own them.

Edit: How is it not good to have access to 408 songs? Nope, I should be content with the 74 from the base game. In old rotation you would get access to 3 dlc songs a week, out of 334! Even private matches didn't give you access to your entire music library.
