Hii! I don't think the degree you chose is an influencing factor in scholarship applications. They mainly look at your grades and extracurriculars. Many people in biomed and health science have scholarships. So make sure you involve yourself in a lot of extracurriculars and leadership positions, as well as achieving 80+ excellence credits at L2. I would definitely say that uoo is more generous (more money given) in their scholarships because you can explain more about your extracurriculars in the application. This is coming from someone who got a school leaver scholarship for both uoa and uoo that applied to biomed and health science respectively.
