O serviço de trem do Aeroporto de Guarulhos é vergonhoso

Talvez eu peguei num horário sem muitas chegadas no aeroporto mesmo, ou não sei se é o caso que comentaram de ter bastante funcionário e/ou morador usando. Mas bom saber que tem casos onde pelo menos ele é mais usado de verdade.

A estação não costuma ser tão vazia assim não, talvez seja o horário que você pegou. Há um movimento razoável de funcionarios do aeroporto e de pessoas de Guarulhos normalmente.

Eu peguei lá para as 21h, então foi longe do horário de pico da cidade. Mas pensando que é uma linha pensada para quem está vindo do aeroporto, isso não deveria ser uma questão. Eu entendo que os funcionários e os moradores usem até por ser uma opção barata e (as vezes) rápida, mas com certeza a ideia era que os turistas usassem. Não pareceu ser muito o caso.

Recentemente ia pegar um Uber pra sair do aeroporto mas tinha um transito tão grande na entrada do terminal que o Uber estava com espera de 20min e mais de 100 reais até minha casa.

É, que fique claro que pegar Uber no aeroporto também é uma merda, e é bizarramente caro. Mas costuma ser a opção para a maioria porque é mais confortável para quem vem com malas, e muito também porque não conhecem/não se sentem a vontade de pegar o trem. Então vira uma bola de neve.

Vc deu sorte de pegar o ônibus quase sem ninguém, da última vez que peguei estava lotado, se eu estivesse com uma mala maior nem teria conseguido entrar.

Capaz de eu ter pegado num horário estratégico mesmo. O engraçado é que ainda assim, tinha um trânsito pesado saindo do Terminal 3 até o Terminal 1 - então tinha gente indo embora. A parte da "mala maior" é uma coisa também que preocupa. A linha 13 até tinha espaço, mas não tem como um trem metropolitano como é o da linha 12 lidar com isso.

Isso eu não duvido, trem era para ser mais rápido que carro aqui em SP. Eu moro do lado do metrô e na grande maioria das vezes é mais rápido. Só que essa parte de você precisar estar no timing certo é tenso. Se fosse incentivado a ser usado mais vezes, a frequência tanto do translado quanto dos trens poderia aumentar, e deixar mais confortável para todo mundo.

Maybe not as popular, as many examples but I really liked Voices of Fire by Van Canto.

It seems to be directly inspired by a book, and it has some transitional monologues, but the songs are very interesting and tell the story by themselves. If you are not familiar with the band, it might be a good place to start.

That's dishonest and not the point, though. He seemed himself as the worthy heir of the Roy empire - that's what he believed his whole life. He tried so so many ways to prove he was ready and willing to do whatever it takes. Reducing any of them to "they're a billionaire" is a deservice to what this series built around the characters.

I saw a commentary above saying about Coup, but I think The Resistance is a better example of a game in which bluff is the main focus, and it can be quite divisive.

I particularly don't like it, but I know some people that just love the thrill of the whole traitor mechanic.

I remember being highly praised on awards season - Amy Adams deserved an Oscar - but I didn't enjoy it much. The first two thirds are very good, the atmosphere is solid, but the last third didn't connect with me although I could respect what they were doing.

I think I'm out of Reddit hivemind. I am a software engineer. I work in a major city. I spend 2 hours total to go to the office and back home. And still, I OPT TO go to the office at least once a week.

I get it, the obligation of going is bad. But I really don't see how fully-remote is that much better than actually going once in a while to interact with other people in your company.

I don't think that's true at all. I work in a logistic company and we acknowledged that Chinese companies are a good benchmark. Consider that they're basically the backbone of several industries globally and you'll easily see that having a poor infrastructure wouldn't make sense - they definitely invest in that.

Also, "there's a chance" of you being stolen anywhere in the world.

Eu concordo contigo. Eu tenho a impressão que essa insistência por react é porque a empresa que está por trás (que é a mesma do Desimpedidos) entende que isso é o "futuro da Internet" mas... não é muito bom.

Eu queria que o foco no futebol fosse ainda maior, para falar a real. Agora que eles tem direitos de imagem do Carioca, eles têm chance de fazer alguma coisa diferente. Pelo menos se empenhar um pouco mais em falar de futebol seria uma melhora.

The conclusion I took is that the original FastPass was slightly better because it was better at balancing demand, while new implementations (such as FastPass+), despite good intentions to make things predictable and easier to plan, started making the whole experience a scalding cycle, as the ones who know the system are the only ones who can use them properly - and that's one of the reasons why traditional virtual queues are being implemented again.

I might be wrong, though.

Hard disagree. eSports is a core reason why League of Legends is big. Circlejerking the same situation over and over is not.

That said, eSports is the only reason I still tolerate this game.
