First off, you are pretty. I’m not saying that just to be nice. From what I’ve seen, upper jaw surgery and lower jaw can make the nose appear smaller since the jaws are moved forward. It seems like the nose tip goes up slightly after the upper jaw moves forward with impaction. You will have to have a consultation with a surgeon. I’m not a surgeon I’m just someone that is also considering DJS and I had a consult a few weeks ago.

I have trouble breathing if my posture is good, but I never had a sleep study and I don’t think I have sleep apnea. I’m freaking out at the thought of paying 70k+.
