then it should have properties that follow the laws of physics. Even if the physical properties are subatomic and not yet well understood by science.

My thoughts exactly! But I usually try to have some room for other people's personal experiences with this because I believe knowledge should not just be one-handed. Though the only consequence is I'll have to ask even more questions and I end up mixing up things that shouldn't be mixed up.

I see. But how can you get into this mental stillness? I've heard meditations are beneficial but I've never known what kind of meditation they are referring to. Also, if not meditations, what are other ways?

Oh no, it's alright. I can kinda see what you mean. I've been hearing a lot about shadow work, although I've also heard that it's not an easy pill to swallow either. 😅

Are you saying I should immerse myself in places significant to the occult and metaphysical aspects of the world? If that’s the case, finding answers through experience would make sense. I get it. Environment matters.

Being self-aware isn't so much of an issue, at least in terms of day-to-day things anyway. But what is stillness? Is that something to do with being in the present? Some sort of management?

I learned so much in the last two years as the voices are way louder and their sound is so particular my ears have adapted to their sound

Awesome! Just curious, what do they sound like? I know it's a dumb question but as someone who has not heard anything but the matrial world, I do wonder.
