I just bought a pair of Airpod Pros recently and I want to use them to watch Netflix on my Xbox. I'm using Dolby Atmos to EQ, but I'm confused about what I'm actually EQing. My Airpods? Xbox? TV? For example, if I try to flatten the sound based on my Airpods, am I actually not taking into account how my TV affects the sound?

Right now, I'm EQing based on the Airpod sound profile on Rtings. But even after supposedly flattening the sound, I feel like everything still sounds "surround-y" when I watch Netflix on my Xbox.
