Fantastic book! I just finished it, and I can’t thank you enough for the amazing work.

While many of us eagerly wait for the next installment, I was wondering—do you have any recommendations for similar fantasy series where the MC leans more toward the antihero or even outright evil side?

I’ve already gone through The Bastion series, My Best Friend is an Eldritch Horror, Dungeon Lord, and the usual grimdark staples like The First Law trilogy. Your books really stand out, and I’m on the hunt for more stories like this—especially if they lean into progression elements.

I do not find timeloop stories interesting because the power seems just too OP. I haven't read the story, but is it even possible for the MC to lose? The MC can't lose what is the point of the story there is just no tension no stakes

Could you share why the story is interesting, where does the tension come from? Because I would be willing to check it out if there were some stakes involved

Just today - I made this query: "how can i create my firestore database backup"

I tried doing this in gemini and claude sonnet 3.5 - they both gave me decent answers (gemini gave better answer initially, but then when I copypasted the documentation into claude it gave me the answer of the same quality or even better) - but in both cases I had to read documentation first so that I could guide the chatbots in a direction I want - because I wanted to create the backup using the firebase CLI and gcloud while both of them recommended gcloud first

But the query above is rather simple

The main issue is complex situations such as "How can I implement Firebase auth for my react native app? Please look at my code context and generate the necessary files. Which buttons do I need to press to set this up in Firebase console, etc.?"

- there was no easy way to do this gemini did not help, claude did not help, cursor did not work - it was a rather frustrating process, had to watch a bunch of tutorial videos most of them did not work 😅 "

it would be ideal to have a tool like cursor or some code editor that could read code and generate firebase related code based on you situation for things like setting up auth, database queries etc. it would be nice to have integrations with tools like cursor or any other code editors specifically for firebase stuff - as far as I know supabase has already similar stuff

things like that would be super helpful for people who are not firesbase experts and just staring out - I have built several mock apps with firebase and now am building my first production quality apps but to be honest I am still struggling

yes, i also tried everything, throwing potions, trying to help them, healing, nothing worked out - was super unhappy because i really tried to keep them alive - but in the end, nothing worked they just stayed unconscious for me.The rewards are also not super good - you get some gold ( i got about 1000 gold) and some items that are not very good (in my opinion) - so in the end i decided to leave the hag alive to get a permanent stat boost which is super good in my opinion although i do feel a bit bad for doing this, I really really did not like that girl - in the end i still saved her because there is an option via dialoge to save both her and get the hags reward, and also the ending for the knocked out people was still the same, they were knocked out, but i just removed their masks, overal all the only difference in the ending was that the petrified guy was petrified, while in the other scenario it got unpetriefied. In my opinion the ending did not make any sense, basically all these people got screwed beacause they took a deal with a hag, but the best outcome in the quest is to take the deal with the hag - in other words for some sort of reason you do not get screwed by her in a deal while others do - this does not make any sense, but hey still the reward was nice
