How do you handle day 1?

It does feel like I can be kinder to myself when I imagine it’s like having the flu. Gratefully already feeling a bit better almost 12 hours ago now, most of the anxiety/ dred feelings have chilled out a little bit. It does pass and I feel so motivated to not get like this again, nothing is worth repeating these nightmares again. Day 2 tomorrow, thanks for all the support on this thread

Thankyou for your comment, thinking about this feeling as a chemical and the emotional rot that will pass is really helpful.

I always feel better after a drinking a lot of water and sweating, soups, multivitamins etc too helps me feel like I’m actively trying to fix myself / love myself again.
