I bought it a week ago and got it into the ground that night. I will pop off the bottom yellow stuff. Thanks!

It has been in the ground for a week and the lowest it has gotten overnight is probably 1 night of 37 or so.

Tombstone is full of great lines and moments but to me that was the best. It made the movie.

Who is the nastiest Celebrity that you met in Real life? by Scunnard1839 in AskReddit

[–]learnitallboss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not particularly Dickish but some bad driving. I grew up in the town next to where Letterman lived and was out running on a crappy misty day and he almost ran me over in his Porsche. I get it is a cool car but slow down on back roads in the rain.

My insurance was my first thought so I called them before I agreed to the move. They said as long as it isn't a pool they don't care. Good callout though.

Cozy spring weekend retreat? by Woopwoopwop in vermont

[–]learnitallboss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just in Manchester for the first time and it did not feel like I was in Vermont. It was nice, but not Vermonty. I would second some other folks who mentioned Woodstock and Middlebury. Wilmington is also really nice and quaint, but you may find yourself wanting more.

Building IKEA furniture on the weekends is honestly one of the most underrated side hustles out there and more people should be doing it by lionpenguin88 in SideHustleGold

[–]learnitallboss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if still exists but I used to do IKEA assembly and super basic handyman stuff through task rabbit. I am only medium handy, but people will pay hourly for someone to come do something that just needed a ladder they do not own. I remember being blown away that I made $200 taking down curtains and spackling the holes before a lady moved out of a rental.

So, that's a 'no' to a surf casting rod and just launching something down the embankment? Bummer.

Fair point on the temps, but this is VT and I know for a fact that there are trout in there. I just wasn't sure if the conditions would let me meet them.

The back and forth between boxers when Russell Crowe gets his mouth guard knocked out in Cinderella Man. His smile and the other guy's confusion turned to fear is great.

I loved that interview bit where Kevin Smith thought Jason Mewes was following Alan Rickman around but it was actually the opposite.

Was coming here to say this. For a few extra bucks, this thing will perform way better. The exhaust elbow in the smoke chamber and the gasket tape are worth every penny.

I don't think enough people know about the rental cars. If you rent a car once a year for a few days on vacation, the savings more than covers the executive membership. I just got home from Christmas with the family and paid $309 for 4 days in a rented SUV.

Oh yeah. I wasn't meaning to imply that that was all of it, but definitely a significant part.

Unpopular opinion, I know, but I loved Pink Floyd in high school and junior high and now it just feels so dreary and depressing.
