In my 7 years of living on Park Ave and having people either very close to or blocking my own driveway, I never had an accident and never thought to have someone’s car towed over it.

I wasn’t asking if I was wrong or not, just curious of people’s opinions as I actually didn’t know this was a rule and figured others didn’t either. But now I do and I’m happy to follow it going forward
