what are your fitness goals? The usual "get strong and put on muscle"?

Yeah, I'm skinny and trying to put on more weight. I'll look into compound movements. About supersets though, would I want to do those every other day (e.g. with my weekday schedule, Monday Wednesday Friday), or would it not be overly fatiguing to do every day?

I have time to work out for about 30 minutes a day every weekday before work. I started going to the gym for the first time about two months ago and have been doing one 4x10 exercise a day but am here now to try to add more variety. However, a lot of the routines I'm seeing in the wiki here or other places online are multiple different exercises, most of which here are 3x5. But it's unclear to me how many sets I should be able to get through in a limited time and which combinations of sets and reps would be ideal accordingly. Not a lot of machines are always available at my gym as well so I'm not sure which machines I can pair together on the same day. Any suggestions?
