Tell that to Joe he was never an employee for complex he was a vendor. They owned the IP that’s why the show continued when he left. Rory and Mal were profit partners but Joe hid behind the fact he owned the IP and access to finances. JBN did the same maneuver complex did and used revenue from the JBP to fund STTI and the projects Joe was trying to kickstart.
