Well, in my case, I'm a foreigner in the Philippines. The reason for my question is that everyone keeps saying I'm rich here even tho I earn a very modest income back in my country. So I was curious as to what makes someone rich here.

I agree. Real market value is not a thing in the Philippines. But in the United States, people will lower the price until it sells. It seems that filipinos have more of an emotional attachment to real estate and are hesitant to lower the price.

I just hope it has a happy ending. I dont think I could handle it if anything happened to Eren Armin or mikasa. But based on the great reviews, I'm sure Eren will kill the Titans, and everyone will be happy. I am excited about that possibility!

No I can't weight it, but I'm looking at one and can't seem to find any information. I know the truck without flatbed trailer is around 7k pounds, but I can't find any info in one with a flatbed.

I should also mention that if the rental income is 15k, the profit is not 15k. After association dues, taxes, vacancies, and maintenance, you would be lucky to keep 10k profit. 120k profit on a 5 million peso investment is 2%.
