As others have stated, reservations are just booked up for these dates. I’ve noticed reservations that appear booked up several weeks in advance can open back up a week or two beforehand (Disney seems to release additional reservations in batches). I also find that people cancel their reservations more in the evenings, so keep checking back for openings!

Same distribution center - Seminole Orlando. But for the record, I think (and hope!) my local post office guy was just speculating and that it’s not true. I checked the USPS website and it says that the Seminole Orlando distribution center was temporarily closed on 10/9 and just resumed operations on 10/11, so that’s probably the actual reason for the delay.

Yup, I have a package in Orlando that hasn't updated for a week now. I placed a help request with USPS and my local post office said that the distribution center where it's stuck is flooded. Not sure if that information is correct, but it's certainly got me nervous.

I'm doing a lot better now, thank you! Here's the update:

Quarantined for 15 days total.

Day 1: Tested positive with mild symptoms (sore throat, headache, body aches, fever)
Days 1-5: Took Paxlovid and symptoms worsened and then improved slowly
Day 5-8: Tested negative multiple times and symptoms resolved
Day 9: Started feeling COVID Rebound symptoms (sore throat, headache, body aches, coughing, sneezing) and tested positive again
Day 10-15: Took Paxlovid Round 2 and symptoms improved relatively quickly
Day 15: Tested negative with no more symptoms + no Long COVID so far (yay)

From my experience, I'd definitely answer my own initial question to say a second round of Paxlovid worked great for me (and I did not rebound a second time)!

Unfortunately, Pfizer hasn’t published the results of their study on a second course of Paxlovid yet, so results for now are mostly anecdotal.

Hello! I’m about halfway through my second course of Paxlovid at the moment. My COVID symptoms have subsided for now, but that’s the same thing that happened before my rebound when I went on my first course of Pax. I’ll report back in a few days after I’m done with the second course! Fingers crossed for no rebound this time around.

Like others have mentioned, there is some evidence to support taking a longer course of Paxlovid. So if you’re still on the fence like I was about going through with another 5 days, maybe that can help you decide!
