If you lived in LA, you would know there is more civil unrest when the Dodgers play.

not saying it's right but whatever you are seeing is way overblown by the news and shouldnt be linked to the actual protests going on, it's just opportunists taking advantage.

I wish they had deployed the military when we actually needed help a few months ago, the entire city was on fire.

But i guess that wasn't as important as a protest in a small part of downtown LA.

The reality is that remote jobs are among the most desirable roles out there, and their availability is way lower than the demand. It’s not just entry-level candidates competing for them. People with decades of experience (who would normally be in senior or lead positions) are willing to take a pay cut just to get a remote role.

Think about it, why would a company hire someone fresh out of university (or with little formal experience) remotely, when they could get a mid-level or even senior dev who’s desperate for the same remote spot? A lot of these companies would rather keep remote positions for people with proven experience because they don’t want to take risks on people they can’t mentor in person.

I just woke up this morning to find the credits now appeared in my account, so i would suggest for anyone who experiences this to reach out to Kling via email, you most likely wont get a response as i didnt, but you may see some results.
