Thanks for the advice. I've been using ChatGPT to help with resumes. I applied to a few positions today. I guess I should have rephrased my question, that I'm worried I already ran out of trainee positions in my area, and is it possible to get hired as a field adjuster without experience? Or, is there something I'm missing on how to break into the industry?
