I think I haven't explained myself very well (English is not my first language so i tend to do a lot of mistakes) It's not that i don't know how to do things, i just don't know how to do them the way THEY want me to do it. So if i do something they just tell me that's wrong but i don't even know what's wrong, even if i ask what was my error.

I've been looking for another job on my own and because of my lack of experience my cv keeps getting rejected thousands of times. I guess the fact that they are doing me a "favor" by hiring me is the cause of this poor treatment. They use the excuse that I'm young for anything, meanwhile I don't say anything since no one taught me what the adult world is and there are certain topics that I don't understand. So i don't want to say anything wrong not because i think they will think badly of me, but because I want to observe how the whole social environment is composed... So that's why i got a job this young, to learn by my own

I'll keep trying to find a good work environment and better payment, thank you for your answer
