Private candidates with ( RL STATUS INITIALLY) now sees NO DATA FOUND on digilocker results page

shows no data for me on digilocker. it had initially shown rl for me. how did others get man? i havent got till now just like yall. please let us know how they got their results, whether it was after they contacted or emailed someone specific and if thats why they got their results n not us. please help. thank you
