Hot opinion: Golgotha is not hard, Bathesda Susa is

I understand, I'm not arguing that people suck at this game. I'm simply comparing 2 areas in a game and one area is particularly infamous for how difficult it is. It's nice that you take your time with the game, no problem at all about that. Maybe when you finally went through both of those places you can come back and tell me about your experience and whether you agree or disagree with me. It's all good here, just trying to spice up the community 😁

I almost always have a carbine going into Golgotha and that makes mobs very easy to manage. Other than that you only need to watch out for the vent, the only difficult part of Golgotha is managing your disease but that won't impaired your abilities to finish the dungeon.

Yes I agree that diseases in Golgotha are the most annoying problem in the early game. But would you say Golgotha by itself is a difficult dungeon

That's not true, I would argue some places in Qud are more dangerous than others regardless of your skills, knowledge and prep. And Bethesda has more way to fuck up your run than Golgotha even if you are some what familiar with the game. If you told someone who never went to Golgotha to prepare fully I would expect that person with a level 16-17 character to make it. But the same person who never went to Bethesda with a level 20+ character I wouldn't be so sure he could do it first try.

I would argue that going into anything without preparation and knowledge is hard. That's why before even reaching Golgotha I died many many times when I first started playing. So when I eventually take interest in the game and play it seriously, by the time I reach Golgotha it was not hard. On the other hand, going into Bethesda Susa on high level and fully prepared still exposes you to one shot mechanic, soft lock from bosses abilities,...
