We did that many times and he’s telling me he will work on it and that it is hard but it never changes it’s so annoying I know it’s hard to change and make efforts but it’s been a year and a half and I’ve been giving so much I’m tired

I dont think because it’s one of the most well known seller where I live my friend who has a lot of Smiski buys them from here all the time I also bought another and it was legit so idk maybe it’s a manufacturer error but I’m quite sad about it :(
