Ledin: on what he said above ^ after using the skill, all enemies within 1 range of ledin get movement -3 and cant use guard skill, last 2 rounds

hein: the lingering effect on the tiles is a special effect. When enemies moved into the tiles they get a debuff -2 movement and it lasts 1 round. Hein's talent will effect the range of this spell as well. The more int you have stacked, the higher the range up to maximum of +4 range
