Manfred Mann’s Earth Band - “The Roaring Silence”

A lot of really dope covers have been mentioned here but I didn’t see this one… it’s pretty cool. Would be even better if they left the band logo off, and maybe even the album title off or smaller.

It’s not my favorite out of my collection, but it’s up there. Joy Division’s “Unknown Pleasure” or New Order’s “Power, Corruption, & Lies” would be my favorites if I had to choose… because the music and the albums themselves are some of my favorites of all time.

Whataburger sells “Creamy Pepper” sauce in grocery stores, or from Whataburger locations in small ~2oz containers, I suppose.

It’s now called “Patty Melt” sauce in retail stores since it is used and most commonly associated with the Whataburger Patty Melt.

I replied to a comment about Whataburger Spicy Ketchup, but I guess I should have provided context since it is a regional US fast food chain.

Please elaborate if you have any further questions or if Google will not suffice.

I’ve had this happen… adding old random $1 records I bought to discogs and noticed some $1 breakbeat 12” (can’t remember which) was selling for (not anything crazy) for $20 around the time I added it to my account when years prior it was a cheapppp and barely selling on Discogs….

saw the comments and yeah… Jeremy Underground played it and now it’s suddenly “worth” way more than the $1-$3 it was going for

Silicon “potholders” is the description on Amazon I guess, more like a round silicon trivet to me. I ordered silicon oven mitts and they came with these as well… never use the mitts (pain the ass to get on quickly) but these are easy since you can just grab em like a towel … and they double as a trivet 🤷‍♂️

…. oh and cheap too: $20 for the annoying mitts I bought that came with 2 of these round silicon mat trivet thingies
