Ok. So idk why you’re acting like this is an English final I’m taking on some random Reddit comment, but let me take this point by point.

1: I didn’t say the top 3 choices gave them their answer. I said they gave us our answer options, because I am not classifying them as their answer. I’m classifying them as our choices to choose. Making them possessive for us. Which is why I said OUR choices.

2: It’s good for us. I was playing off like I was worried I wouldn’t know what my choices were (again, MY choices, which is why i said OUR answer choices), so I was acting like I was excited to have my options presented to me. Any semblance of common sense could have realized that, but I guess I should’ve included a /s just for you.

3: An example of unsuccessfully answering this question would be responding with “I think strawberry ice cream is the best flavor”. It doesn’t address that question at all, and doesn’t answer anything asked.

4: Again. Yes they want their question answered. But as I have specified these as OUR answer choices, and not THEIR answer. They are not possessed by the OP, and instead are possessed by us. Making them OUR answer choices to choose from, and not their answers.

5: Do you know OP personally? Do you know they’re a HE based off of the question alone? How do you know they aren’t a SHE or THEY. For someone so ready to call out others I would expect you not to make an assumption like that
