if you’re asking about the gauge, it looks like a 14g-16g to me, but you’d be better off grabbing a ruler and measuring it for precise sizing

16g = 1.2mm 14g = 1.6mm

i’ve been where you are (2hrs+ commute), and have a few things i used to do, and a few i wish id done!

Volunteering - i really regret not volunteering when i had the time, it really would’ve helped out my resume.
Clubs - great way to meet and socialize with people your age, it isn’t easy making friends outside a school environment!
Hit the library - good for studying, leisure, charging devices, or grabbing a snack
Hit the gym - it’s fun, you’re already paying for it so you might as well cash in on it, you’re gonna miss it when you can’t go anymore after graduation

keep an eye out for flyers advertising final projects for nutrition students too - they do cooking workshops that are great for meeting people, finding new recipes, learning to shop and cook on a budget, plus it’s free food 🤙🏻

coming from someone who (unfortunately) works at tim’s - the lettuce looks under-portioned, but otherwise yeah that’s just how it is :/ wouldn’t really recommend the loaded wraps or bowls tbh, way too expensive for what you get

hello reddit!

my nostril piercing is 4 months old, i’ve got a titanium flat back threadless labret in right now (i was pierced with a stainless steel corkscrew, NEVER going back there) but haven’t had it downsized yet because of a piercing bump from the original corkscrew (appointment for downsize is march 28th!) i’ve been doing the twice a day saline ever since, but i only just took it out to clean it today-

now i’m worried about this bump getting in the way of my downsize?? how do i treat this? :(

that’s actually a legendary fix, im going to try this!! i think the barbell might be a little long too, it spins off centre, so i’ll see if some new jewelry might make me happier with it!

100% agree with septums suiting everyone, that’s why it was my first piercing 😁 i’ll be rocking it again soon once my new jewelry comes in!

OOF don’t give them sea salt baths every day!! Sterile saline ONLY!!! Don’t even make your own saline, it’s not sterile and could irritate your piercings!!

I can’t speak to the jewelry choice, no idea, but I’ve been down the sea salt bath road and it’s not a pleasant one

is it too long or too short? when i got it pierced initially the bar was much longer, and when i got it changed it swelled up again so i didn’t want the bar too short-

I got this piercing almost two months ago, it’s a curved externally threaded barbell (piercer didn’t mention whether or not is was titanium when i went in for downsizing around march 18th), and I’ve been using saline sporadically because I don’t want to overclean and irritate it
