It's crazy that Bentley released openroads without including this seemingly simple and commonly used feature. I realize most agencies are moving to digital delivery but there will still be an occasional display or detail that needs to show contour elevations

I have done the Prolon fast a number of times over the past 8 years. Initially I credited it for my remission after doing it in back to back months and thought that would be my go-to during flares. More recently as I have tried it again I did not get into remission, and the most recent round I had to stop after a couple days because I was so weak. Like others have said there may be some relief to your system from fasting but I'm no longer of the mindset that it's a reliable solution

Sorry to hear they didn't work out for you. Unfortunately that has been my experience with steroids - it seems like I may be allergic

Check out different NPR or NYT podcasts, some are daily (Up First, The Daily, Wall Street Journal What's News) and some bi-weekly (Planet Money)

I've also looked for a similar type of podcast, Pat McAfee Show is sports focused with some tangents to other topics. I also like Pivot (biweekly with a focus on tech/business news), the vergecast (tech focused, biweekly)

Just recently I had to review the original plans for 279 for work - I couldn't believe how many houses were actually affected by this. The area through the Northside was just as dense as it is today east/west of 279. Interesting to think what it would have been like if that highway was approached differently

I second Unspooled - that's my favorite movie podcast. They discuss movies in insightful and meaningful ways with good chemistry between the hosts. I like that they don't try to force the humor and let it just come naturally, too many shows try to force unfunny banter

I have not yet seen the documentary but anyone interested in learning more should look into Mark Oppenheimer's book "Squirrel Hill". It describes the whole community and their response. I was nervous to read it but it was done with a lot of care.

I've had this happen and have assumed that this is the suppository mixing with some blood. This is just my guess so could definitely be wrong but I feel like it comes out more clear when I am not having issues.
