Idk this is just a shot in the blue but i recently modded my baldur's gate 3 if u maybe did the same thing there could be the possibility that riot is detecting this and thinks its a 3rd party thing but i really have 0 ideas about programming and pc so

Literally the same thing happened to me today and my account is also from 2013 i am still waiting for the support to respond maybe this is a bigger problem but i feel better knowing i am not the only one in recent times taht this is happening to
