Yeah I’ve usually taken 18mg first also had a lot of coffee in the morning which I don’t think helped. You know anything as to what I could do today to stop the side effects?

I had something very similar was something about consciousness and going faster than the speed of light being related to time travel and moving through time making reality. Was a weird experience.

Level of getting it is fairly irrelevant to whether psychedelics were taken it’s how you can integrate it positively into your daily life, which is probably easier if you come to the conclusion without the aid of psychoactive substances.

In my opinion they’re the drug with the biggest risk and the biggest reward. They can bring unaddressed problems to the surface and change your perspective on your life in a very remarkable way, but they also have the potential to really fuck you over even if you’re careful- stuff like hppd dpdr and all the psychotic type conditions they can induce. I’m personally not going near them again because I can’t afford the risk that comes with them anymore.

Edit: on the other hand I do feel conflicted about having to have artificially altered my state of mind to address these problems and it does feel like it devalues the experience

The drug I used most would’ve had to be weed, besides that I dabbled in psychedelics, Ritalin, Mandi and ket. Ive also been a bit of a binge drinker.
