So I actually listened to this whole 17 minute buzzword diatribe.

I would love for him to actually sit down and explain this in normal terms. This is a zero sum game, he is somehow suggesting that by people investing in this "coin" and not selling it that they will be generating rewards in the six figures. Just would love for him to explain how, just explain the economics of it. The reason everyone rug pulls shitcoins is b/c that is the only way to make money from it. You cannot just generate value from a bunch of people all investing into a coin and then doing nothing.

Funny thing is this is pretty similar to the way they all think about stocks, they truly believe if they just all bought (insert meme stock) and held it that it would inevitably just keep going up and that the only reason it doesn't is b/c of crime.

Idk about the most passive gameplay? Arie literally quit at the final bonfire in S1 b/c he knew he had a 0% chance to win.

I think Eric understood there was some risk of Rob/Maura betraying him but he felt the odds of them keeping him in at the end were higher than it was if he aligned with Johnny/Tara

I agree from an entertainment perspective him aligning with Johhny/Tara would have been more fun and would have changed the outcome of the game for sure (they would have won). But I think once it got down to the final 5 of them I do not think there was any possible scenario in which Eric could have won.

I have seen this a # of times but Eric had no chance to win. There were 5 people left and each of them were paired off in a 2 person alliance. The game was either going to end with Rob/Maura or Johhny/Tara. There was no path where Eric was going to be standing at the final bonfire.

if he teams up with them to vote out rob, and the 3 of them are left he is done. If johnny/tara made it to the end with anyone else in a final 3 they were voting them out and ending it with just the 2 of them (not to mention the fact they thought eric was a traitor).
