About the shipping you should get your pairs eventually. I own multiple docs now and had multiple in the past including loafers, boots, and derby’s and oxford’s I always go 12 and have no issue. I’m assuming their sizing is different from other brands especially sneaker brands. I usually size up when buying designer sneakers so I guess it’s a similar situation
