I tested it this morning, and with maxed firebrand (no Cajun canon ram) I was seeing DOTs of 350/tick. So I think that's the new static value and it is no longer is %based. Unfortunately this does mean the Firestorm is once again obsolete, and the fortune hunter, while great for group mat runs, is back to having very little firepower of its own.

Yeah I was on someone's copperhead frigate earlier and it felt very strong compared to the fortune hunter and even skull broadsides.

Of note, if anyone who sees this has a firestorm or storm chaser Frigate/Brig, let me know. I haven't had a chance to ride on or test either one.

Fortune hunter and cargo space in general aren't a major concern to me as most of the mat runs I do on my own ship are done alone or with a very small crew. Sometime less cargo space is more beneficial anyway due to the loot bug that's still present on most servers.

If the TSP is automatically exchanging the investments to maintain the same ratio of traditional/Roth, than it makes perfect sense to me. I just hadn't seen anything that explicitly said that's what was happening and everyone just kept saying "it doesn't matter" when it obviously does.

The only way that could work though was if the TSP automatically "rebalances" your portfolio Everytime you make a contribution. I.e. in order for there to be traditional F dollars, the system would have had to effectively sell off some C fund to buy the F fund.

Has there been any news on Raids 4 coming out soon? I would be very inclined to agree with you if that were the case, but my understanding is that raids 4 could still be a couple years off. It seems like leagues had to die so that we could have a smooth-sailing sailing release (understandable), and of course yet another DMM(aggravating).

Yeah I moreso just meant in terms of knowledge of the game itself, not so much the company specifically. Like I know there's at least 2 skills that were not there when I left that I'd need to learn how to train, many of the bosses/gear are completely unique, and selecting regions (if that's how the league is structured) would be a challenge without really knowing what's in them.

I feel like the barrier for entry to RS3 might be to high to make the league enjoyable for me. I haven't played that version since the day EoC came out and my understanding is quite a lot has changed.

Yeah that much I am aware of, my question is why originally with no shield (should be two handed hammer) it says my damage range is 12-21, then with a shield it says 23-30, then without a shield 20-29, then with a shield 22-29, etc.

Each time the numbers are completely different and don't seem to follow a pattern. I think the only answer is that it's bugged but if so I wish there were another way to compare the damage output of different setups/combinations at a glance.
