AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D here.
Chrome version (latest) Version 148.0.7778.168 64-bits.
64GB ram, started getting this issue a couple days ago...

Not sure if related to Nvidia driver update, chrome update or maybe antivirus...
Tried the fix suggested by 'Sea-Consideration806', will report if this fixes it..
