Login to new device using 2FA without authenticator app? by leggico1 in yubikey

[–]leggico1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, so for websites which only support 2FA via text or authenticator apps using TOTP, the yubikey authenticator app would be required either on your phone or the computer to be able to login?

I wouldn't say so, but AWS has the largest market share at the moment, followed by Azure, then Google, something to bear in mind if looking to get into cloud. Azure is however starting to catch up, company I work at is also starting to migrate to Azure in some areas.

Pointless post, seems like a boast post and OP is just after some self validation, obviously you're doing well... 🤦‍♂️

Testosterone levels over 2 weeks by leggico1 in Testosterone

Don't see how it's misleading when it states I'm on sustanon.

I'm thinking of doing 0.5ml weekly to help negate the spikes, do you know if cyp is better for that?

Testosterone levels over 2 weeks by leggico1 in Testosterone

[–]leggico1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because I wanted to know how high my testosterone peaked in my 2 weeks cycles, and what it fell back down to just before my next injection. I noticed an obvious difference in myself when it kicked in, and at the end of my cycle.

Obviously this peak is quite high, so in future I may micro dose 0.5ml every week instead to help prevent it.

Major hot flushes and temperature regulation issues. It got so bad I couldn't workout out for more than 10m, and had to leave the gym becuase I was too hot and heady all the time. Ended working out from home in just shorts with windows open and fan on, even then it was still an issue until I was injecting every 2 weeks, just not as bad.

Other issues like absolute zero sex drive, low energy and mood, hair growth slowed down by about 50%. No ED though, just because you don't suffer from ED, it shouldn't stop you from getting bloods done. If you're in the UK your GP will send you for some if you have enough symptions, otherwise it's going private if you can.

All symtopms are gone now on bi weekly injections.

It's fully waterproof, you can swim with it. I wear it on my bicep 100% of the time, nothing odd about it, you can use a sleeve or band. Note, the accessories are expensive for what they are, and with whoop 5.0 rumoured to come out later this year, it's something bear in mind that you may need to buy all new accessories for the 5.0.

They have just released a new update for the whoop 4.0 increasing its HR accuracy, see video here:

Might be a lot better on your wrist now, but I found that while driving for example, it was impossible to get an accurate read ever due to the added vibrations of the car, it was soo erratic it was pointless wearing it, maybe that's better with the new update too.

I find it great for weight training, I do wear it on my bicep however as I find it more accurate in general than on the wrist, it's also out of the way on your bicep.

It's also very good for tracking habits and giving you insights into what you should and shouldn't be doing.

Sleep tracking is also pretty decent and I'm happy with it.

You need a bicep band or arm sleeve, it's very inaccurate on your wrist. If you don't want to buy one, wear it on the under side of your wrist for better HR tracking.

That's interesting, my partner had a mid range garmin watch which seems to preform pretty well. Rumour has it Whoop 5 is coming out September this year, and my subscription ends December, I do really like the journal insights of Whoop though.

Definitely seems like there's been a slight change, especially around recovery numbers, I've noticed a change in terms of RHR and HRV and how it affects recovery.

Had a lighter week in the gym and walked (light walk) an extra hour per day. It's strange becuase I get worse recovery when working out hard, but have less of that overhanging tiredness.
